While studying for the New York Bar Exam, self-taught designer Rachel Dooley began crafting jewelry as a creative outlet. Her line Gemma Redux fuses Rachel's training in mechanical engineering and industrial metals with her love of vintage and natural materials. The result? Calculated jewelry designs that appear organic and free-form when worn. Each Gemma Redux necklace, bracelet, or earring set is individually made, making no two designs exactly alike.

not worth the price
I expected more from Gemma Redux when I ordered this necklace. I wanted a statement necklace, but this one dissapoints. The black pieces look like something fake even though they are heavy. And the chain is made out of silver and doesn't match the gold rods in the necklace. I sent it back.
