My usual size is 61/2 and I went with a 6. I also ordered this shoe for my sis. She wears 91/2 and went with a 10. We are both pleased with our selections so I think maybe go up if you have a wider foot..either way I find t-straps to be flexible in choosing a size. The shoe is pretty comfy so far but I have not worn it more than a mile. It is a nice light tan color that's perfect with any summer/spring clothes..definitely a classic, understated shoe. The buckle took a sec to get used to as it is not a type I've seen before but now that I have the hang of it it's easy.
