Definitely size down
I'm a size S in most shops and even Cheap Monday's bras are on the tight side for me, when I buy them in S. But ... this sweater is huge! It's supposed to be boxy, but the sleeves were too long too. I re-ordered this in XS and now I'm happy. I bought this for the slouchy androgynous look and it fits me and my 34A (75A eu) chest very well.

Vanity Knows no Pain
First off, this is a Super cute sweater! I am small framed, and wear this sweater with jeggings. I got the dark blue color, and it is a very nice "inky" dark blue. The knit looks very nice, and the dark blue looks very "polished" and professional. That said, the first reviewer is right: this thing ITCHES! you will definitely want to wear a tee under it. I'm wearing it as I write this and have on a tank underneath and my shoulders and chest where the tank doesn't cover are SUPER itchy! I don't usually itch with wool or cashmere, so I do not know what the deal is. That said, vanity knows no pain! It is super cute, I love the color and look, so I will keep it.

GINORMOUS SHORT SCRATCHY
This sweater will probably work on narrow shouldered/average shouldered women or slim women. As a woman with broad shoulders, it made me look like a big box! It was pretty bad in my size L. Don't think I've ever seen anythingn so unflattering in my life! And the fabric is very itchy if you are wool sensitive. It would be very warm and you would need to layer a thin shell underneath. I think it should be longer...CM's stuff this fall is cut too short IMO...
