my favorite boots!
I have several pairs of Jeffrey Campbell shoes and love them all, but these boots are my favorite. I have small feet and athletic legs, so it can be challenging to find boots that I can tuck my jeans into. I'm also petite, so if the boots are too high it looks like I have no legs. These are perfect. They are wide enough to fit over wider (straight not skinny) jeans, and the straps are adjustable so you can make them looser or tighter. The wider boot shaft makes my legs look slim, and the heel is high enough to make me taller without being uncomfortable. I have ot had any problems with the front flopping down, but the back does slip down a bit when I sit down. I got the brown and they are very versatile. They fit true to size - I got my usual size and can wear them with lightweight socks or tights. If you plan to wear heavy socks, you may want to size up. I really love these and I'm so glad I got them!

Fantastic boots
These boots are great! they're fairly tall, but still casual and good for wearing during the day. Go well with leggings or skinny jeans. I found them to be pretty big. I'm always a 9 and ordered a 9, however my feet are kind of lost in there so I wear two pairs of socks with them.

Awesome comfy boot
Despite the higher heel, these boots are extremely comfortable. I love the floppy styling of them, just wish there was an option to make the back stay up more securely (both the front and back sides flop down and around constantly). Also, I have no idea why they imprinted the manufacturing info in silver on the inside lip of the top edge. Due to the design of the boot where the shaft is meant to flop around, you can see the unattractive silver writing when the shaft pieces fall down. I am going to try to marker over it with a black Sharpie to see if that helps conceal it. But overall beautiful leather and super easy to wear- even walking all day long in NYC.

my favorite boot.
i do love my platforms but i need a comfortable boot to schlepp around in and this is it. not only are they comfy but they are hot! the leather is very supple and the top of the boot kind of flops down, in a cool way. they also have a rubber sole so there is no slip factor, which is important to me. i have the black and they are a bit distressed looking but not too much. my friend also just bought them and they are now her favorite boot as well.
sizing: true to size. i am a 7.5 and that is what i got. perfect!
