Designer
Cynthia Rowley found her love of fashion when she created her first dress at age seven. As a senior at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she sold her first collection to a number of prominent stores in NYC. And bigger things were yet to come: she was honored by the CFDA's New Fashion Talent Award, and her line expanded to include everything from clothing to accessories. Rowley has appeared on Project Runway, and her designs have been featured by publications such as Vogue, Elle, and Glamour.

The cutting is meant to hug your waist and breasts like gloves. I ordered my usual size and couldn't zip up. Size up if you want to give it a shot.

Very nice front
Loved the colors on the front of this dress once I saw it on the site, really waited for it. But when I saw it in person - the fabric turned out to be not the very best one I expected - for this price I would expect something of more quality. And sadly I couldnt zip it up at all. I bought 0, which I usually am, but this one is for very tiny girls I guess. But the front coloring is really nice in person.
