Better without the Sapphires
I tried this ring and another similar one from E&J (the one with white sapphires along the top and bottom gold bands). This one looked much better to me without the white sapphires. While the sapphires were nice, they seem to become dull after a couple of wearings (at least they did on my other E&J rings) and tend to end up looking a bit like fake diamonds and makes the ring look cheap even though it has gold plating and sterling silver. The other reason was that the feather detailing adds enough interest and with the gold band highlighting it, it's interesting enough without adding bling. I have to say, this is one of my fave E&J rings now - I choose it most mornings over alot of others- and I've gotten tons of compliments on it. Sizing is true- only full sizes and sizing is a bit generous - if you're a 7 1/2, I'd try the 7 first before going to the 8.
