Designer
Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig met early on at the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London. Georgina began her career as a costume designer while Karen focused on print and embroidery design. When they created Marchesa in 2004, they were already well-versed in the artistry of couture. Named for eccentric socialite Marchesa Luisa Casati, Notte by Marchesa is the duo's moderately-priced second line and features their signature beautiful detailing and expert design.

Beautiful well made dress!
I decided to get this dress as my 2nd wedding dress (for reception and second wedding overseas) and I absolutely love it!
It came in very nice box and gown bag which contributed to overall positive experience.
I am Australian sz 10 and size 6 was perfect, as if it was made for me!
I'm 5'6 and the dress is was too long for me even if I wear high heels but it can be easily fixed by a good dressmaker.
The fabric and embellishment are good qulaity
The shape is very flattering, it doesn't make me look pregnant even though it is empire gown.
I am even considering just having this one as my main wedding dress.
So happy I've picked it up for $560!

Beautoful Wedding Dress
I love this dress. I wore it for my wedding a couple of weeks ago and felt like a 40s star - it was easy to wear and I had loads of compliments on it. I had a baby 5 months before the wedding and, although I lost most of the baby weight, it was nice to have the empire line. I got the size 2, I'm 5'6 and 128 lbs. I would recommend going a size down.
