Perfect fit and length, beautiful silk.
Order arrived in 2 days, to Canada. Wow! Absolutely beautiful dark green paisley, great for Fall. Very nice silk fabric, I did not need a slip at all. The length on the model actually looks longer, I'm 5'6" and ordered an XS, and it's shorter than the image shown. I could wear it with leggings or as a mini-dress. Been getting a lot of compliments on the cut, the sleeves and shoulders fit great on someone with narrow shoulders and skinnier, long arms (like myself).

Great dress... beautiful fabric and print. Just wish I was as tall as the model, so it was a little shorter. I knew it would be long since the model was much taller than myself but still could resist the dress especially considering the sale price!

just lovely
I looked at this little dress for a while. I just wasn't sure about my curves fitting into what seems to be a pretty straight design. However, the dress works perfectly with tall tall boots and a fur vest, fits over everything, helpfully conceals through the mid section and swings around the thigh nicely. The colours are virtually as seen in the pic. I find the size just a bit tight across the shoulders, but otherwise, sublime. A new favourite.

Very wearable and pretty
I love the print! I saw this and tried it on at sak's, but bought here because of the amazing price. ALC is very classy and sexy. This is no exception. I got the xs and the sleeves are long, so I roll 'em up. It's awesome with my acne pistol boots!! Happy with this purchase!!

Lovely, but needs a slip!
Shopbop's reminder to review my recent purchases also reminded me that I need to purchase a slip! I bought an ALC dress last summer (light navy) that was see-thru and improvised with a beige minislip. This dress will need a black slip. ALC has great silk patterns, yet I wish they would line their dresses. The fit is great.
