Cool and carefree, these scuffed, minimalist Alexander Wang booties have a tapered toe and chunky heel. Hidden elastic gore insets stripe the shaft, and a pull-tab details the top line. Stacked heel and leather sole.

Designer

At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

Happy
I'm so happy with these boots, they are well made and very comfortable. I walked for hours around the city the day after I received them and the only minor issue was the top of the boot rubbing slightly against my calf. I'm usually an AUS 9-9.5 and ordered a 40. They fit well, if a little on the roomy side.

Playful Practicality
The shoes are more narrow than I am used to, but I so love the sensible heel height (literally walked about 20 blocks, pain-free:-) that I can endure the minor discomfort until I break them in.

Wang fabulous booties
Thee booties are so comfortable,a bit bigger than expected but still ok.I'm not sure about the worn in front..I'm still tempted to put polish on them if going to work...but I haven't stopped wearing them...I am surprised they aren't sold out !
