At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

This is my second Alexander Wang bag. I love the colour of this bag. Leather is so soft.

It arrived beautifully packaged by Shopbop that made it feel like Christmas. The leather is so so soft and it looks exactly like the pictures. Love my new bag.. Very handy having zipped compartments in the front to access keys and phone... Beautiful handbag Alexander Wang!

softer than i thought possible
of all the bags i own, this is the softest by far. wayy softer than balenciaga, chloe, ysl. the color changes with the light. sometimes looks true red, other times looks underlit with orange which is very nice. the name persimmon is a good fit to describe the color. it is a little smaller than it seems in pictures, but fits everything you need day to day and one magazine. the strap is adjustable obviously, which is nice. but again, THE SOFTEST bag you have ever touched. the price is lower than it should be compared to other bags, so i say it is a genuine bargain. the pockets feel broken in but are brand new so that's a win-win too.
