Cut for short people
I tried this on at club monaco. The 0 is cut for someone who is about 5'4" at most. You can tell this dress is cut for short women if you look at the shopbop model. As you can clearly see in the photo, there is a bunch of fabric at her lower back, because the dress is cut for a much, much shorter person. As for the leather, you get what you pay for, which is obviously not the best quality.

Perfect LBD
This dress is high quality...knit with REAL leather front panel at bust! I'm 5,5 ft, 108 lb and the size 0 fits me perfectly...the lenght is also perfect, not too short on me..You could wear it day time or night out ...it's your choice!

too short
I'm 5'8" and this was too short on me. Also, ordered a 2 and it was way too small. Just feel like the dress is SO cute and love the look but sad that the proportions were off for me.

Good for Going Out- Not for Work!
I bought this dress as a somewhat compromise between a full-on leather dress and something that I could wear to work. Since I am 5'4" I thought the dress would be somewhat longer on me than on the model but it was indeed mid-thigh. Fit was nice and usual for Club Monaco sizing. I am usually a 00 or 0 and with the stretch of the material, the 0 was appropriate. Would have loved to keep but definitely not work appropriate. Instead bought the Theory Tirionne which is a bit longer.

Awesome Dress
The leather on this dress is so soft, and definitely worth the price! It is an updated LBD that looks great dressed up or down--I wore with booties during the day, and printed heels at night. I got so many compliments when I wore the dress, and it was so flattering.

Fabulous!
As I am very petite (5'4", 93lbs), it is pretty hard for me to find a dress that is fitted and not too long. This one in a size 00 for me is the lucky and fabulous exception! It fits like a glove, but the fabric (thick knit with a decent amount of stretch) is very comfortable and soft. The faux leather part is also fabulous!: Definitely looks like real leather, feels buttery smooth! The length of this dress for me would also be ok, although I will nevertheless have it shortened a little bit: It's a very elegant style, but I need it a tad more edgy, hence a little bit shorter, to make it a dress for daily wear. Especially for the price, this is HIGHLY recommended! Just note that it may fit a little bit smaller that expected for "not too petite-shaped" women.
