Designer
At 18, fashion wunderkind Alexander Wang moved to NY to attend Parsons School of Design, and by sophomore year he was already designing his label's first collection. Though predominantly pure in aesthetic, the line incorporates elements of street fashion and the imperfect, a look that won Wang the Vogue/CFDA Fashion Fund Award in 2008.

Everyone loves my bag! I love the bottom so much that I want to hold it up just so everyone can see. Great color and the leather is divine.

Just not what I was hoping for...
So sorry AW lovers... shipment came yesterday and it took me a whole minute to realize that this was not the bag for me. The leather is really, really nice -- but very thick. To some that may be a fabulous attribute, but for a slouchy, crumply style I like a lighter leather. The studs on the bottom are WAY COOL, but do weigh the bag down. More than anything though was the strap. There's a little cut-out design at the top that I just didn't like. No big reason, I just didn't think it was attractive. And the shoulder drop would never have worked over any kind of jacket or coat on me. Oh well -- at least I had free return shipping!

I looked everywhere for this bag in gray, I couldn't find it in New York, Washington DC, or Los Angeles. I did find it on shop bop. Thank you, thank you!!!!
