Charlotte Ronson Cutout Dress with High Low Hem

Description

Triangular cutouts at the waist and shoulders give a feminine dress a hint of flirtation. Draped panels cross at the bodice, and a contrast band accents the ruched waist. The flared skirt is detailed with delicate layers and an uneven hem. A hidden zip closes the back, and delicate ruching puffs the contrast short sleeves. Lined.

Fabric: Silk chiffon.
Shell: 100% silk.
Lining: 100% polyester.
Dry clean.
Made in the USA.

Not attractive
Dress was very girlish, which perhaps I should have known from the picture. But it still it did not fit "right" and just did not look good. Unfortunately, a miss.
