Cute but too tight
The shorts look sharp, are a great weight and have flattering waistband, but they run a bit small. I am a 0-2 in Vince, and a 2-4 in most items, and due to the stretch, and other A&O clothes I own, I went with a 2, they fit, but too tight for my taste. I am 5'4 with muscular thighs, if I had a runner's build, they would be perfect. The waist was fine, but they were too tight in the upper thigh. Sadly the 4 is sold out everywhere...

Love these fit is amazing! I can appreciate a nicely taylored short that can be dressed up or used casually! I am usually a size 2-4 got the 4 first i like a nice relaxed fit- but they were too big and w/ the stretch in the fabric i knew they would be falling off as soon as i sat down a few times, that said i got the 2 and they are perfect not tight at all, so i'd say these are a generous size 2, no gaping in the waist at the back the legs fit non-tightly but slim, btw my thighs are on the muscular size as well, not skinny like the model. My hips are 35-36 waist doesn't matter as they sit on the hips. hope this helps anyone contemplateing this faboulous item, i also got the katy cut short in white in the size 2 and those fit the same as these and are just as fabulous!!

Not What I Expected
I was disappointed upon receiving these in black. I am tall and slim and although the size 0 fit my waist/hips well, they were loose around my leg and shorter (more mid thigh on me) than I expected. I wanted a more fitted to-the-knee Bermuda. The fabric wasn't very nice either. I expected much more from an A&O item. Needless to say, they have been returned.

Like them
I just don't love them. I have several of the shorter cuffed shorts and I just love them. These however didn't look right on my short legs. I am 5'2", so perhaps they will look better on someone taller. I think I will just stick with the shorter style Alice & O shorts.
