Designer
Alexis Bittar started out selling vintage jewelry and clothing in NYC, and soon after began designing his own jewelry, melding art and adornment by using unique materials like chandelier parts, hand-sculpted Lucite, and turn-of-the-century Italian glass. After designing Burberry's first couture jewelry collection and working with Patricia Fields on jewelry for Sex and the City, interest grew in Alexis Bittar jewelry, which has since been featured in Harper's Bazaar, Elle, and Vogue Italia.

Alexis Bittar is the King of interesting and unique costume jewelry! I own quite a few of his pieces and each one is sublime!! You must own at least one of his pieces but be warned...once you start you can't stop!!
