Bra Fitting
1. With a bra on, wrap a tape measure snugly, but not too tightly, around your rib cage, just below your bust line. This is your band size (US/UK sizing uses inches).
 
2. Then, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust.
 
3. If the difference is:
1" / 2.5cm your cup size is A
2" / 5cm your cup size is B
3" / 7.5cm your cup size is C
4" / 10cm your cup size is D

solow workout bra
I have a really hard time finding this type of item that fits me as I am very small. I barely wear a B cup and have a small rib cage, 31".. I was disappointed in that this item is not very flattering to the chest and really compresses. Also I felt it was smaller than described. For the price I expected more. The quality is good.

Very versatile piece
I just love this bra! It's great for yoga as well as wearing under sheer shirts. I find it to be extremely comfortable. It moves with you so it stays put when getting into variety of yoga poses. I bought one just to try it out and ended up buying two more! I highly recommend this bra.
