Please, why spend all this money on cheap fabric that even when handled according to the label it shrinks and pills after 1 wash? I treated this thing like a baby..but no luck. The same happened to the tunic/dress and tank top. The only ones that last are made out of 100% cotton.

The Holy Grail
Honestly, these tees are the absolute best. After collecting a small horde of tees from various brands (james perse to gap to splendid), I could finally cut the fat and stock up on these babies. Yes, they are a tad bit oversized, but the drape is perfect. I'm petite and only one of mine is too low cut, but I just wear a bandeau under and it looks great. As far as complaints on the care of material, I don't find it too annoying to hand wash these. But yeah, I once threw mine in the wash out of laziness and wound up with a slightly shrunken result. Don't do it.

I'm usually a size small but after reading reviews of how large these shirts run I got an x-small. For reference I'm 5'3", 15" shoulder width, and 32-27-32. It was ridiculously long while being very fitted in the arms, armpit and shoulders. The shirt fell almost to the middle of my thigh and created a sort of tent effect from my boobs (I happen to stand up straight, not hunched over like the model in the photo). If I got a small then the arm pits would probably have fit a tiny bit looser on me but the body of the shirt would still be enormous. I did not find this to be particularly sheer, the neckline is not too low, and the fabric is soft, but the overall look of this shirt is kind of awful: shapeless and unflattering (if I want a soft night shirt to wear around in public I'll borrow one of boyfriend's undershirts). This makes me wonder if people only think these shirts are great because of the name. I sent it back.

Everyday T-shirt
T by Alexander Wang's pocket Ts always fit great, but the light heather grey one shrunk A LOT after wash compared to my other T by AWs(especially in length) and the lemongrass is more sheer than expected and cannot wear it alone.
