First Time MbMJ Disappointment
I love MbMJ bags -- I have several, all of which are beautifully made and of superb quality. I had my eye on the Lil Ukita for a long time and decided to indulge myself and get one. But when it arrived, I was really disappointed. The bag itself is okay and more casual than I would have expected: the pebbled leather isn't as soft as my Hiller Hobo, and I didn't like how the black looked. It's the same weight as the Hillier, but this bag felt a lot heavier when I put the bare minimum in it. I also think this bag is too expensive for what it is -- this bag is not up to the usual MbMJ standard.
Unfortunately, I will be sending this back. And even though this was a disappointing product, Shopbop has still delivered great service. The bag arrived at my doorstep quickly and neatly. International returns are super easy, so I will not hesitate to shop here again.

A wonderful bag, the quality of leather is exceptional and there is far more space inside than it appears online. It really does fit all the everyday essentials - wallet, keys, makeup, phone, sunglasses, even a book. Its a very versatile bag - not too big to take out in the evening, but perfect for everyday use. I'm a fan of structured vintage purses, so this bag is the perfect mix of classic and modern for me! And Shopbop were fantastic - it was delivered to Australia in 3 days!

The perfect everyday bag
I was looking for a replacement for my everyday black kate spade bag, and this one is perfect. Not too big, nor too small and the leather is divine. The lining with Marc Jacobs name all over the place isn't my favorite and I wish there was a zipper closure for extra security, but everything else is fabulous.

Great Bag
Love the bag, leather feels great and is very versatile - can be worn for both day and night outings! Interior of the bag is big enough to fit the essentials, i.e. purse, make up bag, diary etc.

highly versatile purse
I use the puse for work/weekend shopping. The puse can be worn across the shoulders or over the shoulder. The purse is of a soft pebble leather. I love the gold hardware. The interior lining is made of a polyster material. There are some March Jacobs purse that have the interior cloth lining, but this one is probably from a differnet season. The polyster lining is much better.. Items are not clinging onto the lining.

I was impressed with the service, how quick the delivery was although the bag had a defect but was very impressed with the customer service with getting the bag refunded and the courier service. Would definitely use Shopbop.com again and recommend it to everyone.

LOVE! Leather is so, so soft and details on the bag are of very high quality! The lining inside is very cool with very handy pouches for your mobile/gloss. So easy to use and wear for work and weekend. A great investment!

This is a great everyday bag, I love the softness and high quality of the leather. The classic design and simple gold detailing ensures that it will match any outfit. It is also the perfect size to take travelling as it fits in my purse, a small drink bottle, thin cardigan and make up essentials. Only negative is that the shorter strap is not long enough to comfortable sling over my shoulder. However, I guess that is why there is the more casual longer strap!
