An updated take on the original wellies, these Hunter boots have contoured panels of two-tone rubber and a shining metallic logo plate. Woven nylon lining and cushioned footbed. Lug sole.

Almost too good for gumboot wear
Loved them but when my husband said 'will you paint in them' I had to say no - they were too nice! Bought cheapo gumboots for chores and new leather boots for fun instead.

Wrong sizes
Bought recently shoes 8,5 size - were OK. Now after reading the first review of boots thought to take 8th. Today I have received them(((( Too large. Have to return them back. Trying to buy 7th. Hope it will be fine. But boots are excellent. Like them very much.

Walking on British Cobblestone
I have a long-standing love affair with Hunter wellies and this pair takes the line's typical boots up a notch with the bi-tonal color and the metal logo plate. I'm typically a 9.5 in most shoes, but since these come in whole sizes only, I always go with a 9 and they are still large enough to comfortably fit a pair of socks and/or slide over skinny pants. Since I live in SoCal where rain isn't that common, I tend to wear Hunters as I would any other pair of boots. I always get compliments and no one seems to notice (or care) that these are primarily meant for wet weather. Absolutely fabulous boots that can be worn with just about anything other than trouser pants.
