Designer James Perse found his calling in fashion when he designed the perfect baseball cap and sold it in his father's LA boutique. When movie directors wanted the caps for their cast and crew and record labels wanted them for tours, he decided to launch the James Perse collection. Perse next worked on creating the perfect T-shirt, and today is known for an array of luxe jersey essentials including dresses, tanks, and pants with a nod to the casual Southern California lifestyle.

Just O.K.

I bought this shirt and loved it at first, however after a few washes the love faded away. It wore out very quickly, the collar, hem, and sleeves wrinkled very easily and it was very difficult to get them out even with an iron. It also bagged out slightly around the waist, which I found very irritating, however if you were to tuck it in this wouldn't matter. It is very flattering and a gorgeous soft material, but because it doesn't last I only gave it two stars.

Baisc staple

Love James Perse t-shirts, this one as lovely in quality, cut & fit as the others I have. I am a big girl, tall and rather busty but this t-shirt is just the right fit for me. I have washed it a couple of times and no signs of bleeding or fading. Perfect for everyday wear.
