Designer
Moroccan-born Faycal Amor painted and studied economics in Europe before discovering his calling for fashion at age 24. Upon returning home to Tangiers, Amor developed a new dyeing process and convinced local manufacturers to produce his cutting-edge, innovative fabrics. In 1986 he designed his first apparel collection and Plein Sud, translated as 'Due South,' was born.
