Small ruffles trim the sleeves of this sweet silk DVF blouse, lending girlish appeal to an elegant look. The subtly contrasting fold-over collar is followed by a concealed button placket, and the hem curves into rounded slits at either side. Semi-sheer.

Wonderfully Bright
I bought this top in 2 colors, my favorite is the firework/pink combo, as it's lively and goes well with my skin-coloring (I'm a mixed nationality). I bought these shirts in medium for chest comfortability in regards to shirt buttoning because I'm a 34D but I'm only 4'10" so the length was a bit long for me. Overall, I am happy I made the purchase of both colors, and find them to be a simple addition to wear casually or for work when paired with different clothing cominations.
