Grrrrr.
Wore em 3 times and the leather started to peel back and split on front left foot! I was sooo annoyed but they were cute! They are def. not worth the money if u actually need a well made shoe that u wanna wear everyday... Sent them back, but still contemplating on trying another pair, maybe that pair was just a defect? Doubt it tho, the leather is so delicate for a heavy duty looking boot!!!

Love love LOVE these boots - the style is great, color is perfectly worn in - will look amazing with leggs, jeggings, and fitted jeans. The fit surprised me, though. Glad I didn't read the reviews before buying the shoes or I would've ended up with the wrong size. I'm a true size 7, bought the size 7, but now am worried that the length is too short. I can feel my toes on the tip. There is definitely plenty of room elsewhere in the vertical area of the toe bed which is probably why so many reviewers say that the shoe runs big. Mine definitely aren't too big - maybe too small. Not sure whether or not to return them, at this point, since I would prefer a half size bigger and there aren't any available.

Fits way too big
I really like the style and look of this boot, but unfortunately it ran way too big. I ordered my normal shoe size and my foot would come up as I walked. I had to return these.

What a fun boot!
I read numerous reviews before purchasing these boots and the consensus is that it runs large and that is VERY true. I usually wear an 8.5/9, so I bought these in an 8 and they fit great! They're a tad narrow in the toes (or maybe my feet are a tad wide) but no complaints other than that. The sole is very sturdy and actually has a bounciness to it at the ball of the foot, which is nice. The straps are a cool touch and they can be adjusted to many different lengths. I love the effortless cool that these booties give off and I'm glad I bought them! They look great with skinnies and I'll also be trying them out with dresses and shorts too. So far I have yet to be disappointed in JC. Buy a pair, you'll love them!

This boot is really fun to wear. Your feet feel invinsible. I usually wear a size 8 & had to go down to a 7 in these. The strap is adjustable. I buckled it so the leather didn't flop all over the place. Only bad thing is the black leather dye gets on my skin and socks.

These boots are amazing! I understand why they are sold out everywhere, they look and feel great. Wear them with your J Brand denim leggings and your good to go. Everywhere I go people notice them and want to know where to find them.

cute but....
These look so good, cool design but the quality is crap! sorry but the truth hurts.. I would rather pay more and have a better quality boot. I brought these ages ago when they first came out and I thought wow and brought them in both black and brown. Both colours look awesome but the quality just lets the boot down badly.
Firstly with my black pair the first time I worn them they scruffed on the side sole (where the gold/brass nails are)and you could see white underneath.. weird! secondly, inside one of the boots under the my heel I can feel the uneven nail below, it is so bad that I can't wear the boots for very long because it cuts under my heel really badly!
Its really disappointing, hence I haven't brought Jeffrey Campbell shoes again... but if you still want to check them out for yourself and you are in between sizes definately size down, Good Luck!

awesome boots
I have been looking for the booties which unique, vintage, fashionable and also comfortable.When I saw them first time, pair of my size were sold out from every place. I had to wait for them back on sale such a long time. I usually wear 7/7/5 and I got size 7 followed the advice of the other reviews but still run little bit large. There are enough room that I can put thick socks on. My only hope that upper leather piece would stay with other pieces when I walk(other comments said) ; however,I so happy with my Brit booties. I wear them almost every other day.. Ah, add one more pros... I have high arch foot so sometimes I have to buy inner bottom sole to support my arch. But I do not have to do with Brit booties.
