An oxidized split zipper travels along the sidewall of these snug leather booties for a signature edgy Opening Ceremony look. Elastic insets stripe the shaft for an easy fit, and a pull-tab details the top line. Stacked heel and leather sole.

Gorgeous!
I am over the moon with these boots! Gorgeous in every aspect. Design details are just ever so perfect and the quality for the price is great. They look much higher than they feel in my opinion which is a great illusion. I wish they were maybe 1/4 in lower but with an insole they should be fine(I'm a major wimp with heels). I do feel that they are running super small. I am normally an 8-8.5 and often 39 is to large for me. I ordered the 39's due to reviews and am glad I did because they are a snug 39! Honestly they feel more like a true 38.5, definitely on the tight side! I'm sure they will break in though, the leather is beautiful and should conform. That being said, I may order another pair in a different color because I love the look so much!

Awesome
I actually bought these at the Opening Ceremony store, but wanted to review to help any online folks. These are absolutely perfect little chelsea boots, unassuming but really well designed. The leather is lovely and the zipper edging is just the right amount of difference/funk. I have them in black and though I think they are lovely they are so far requiring a little breaking in. I generally wear a 40 and these fit well in a 40, if a tiny bit small. I also tried the 41, but liked the look of the 40 better. In retrospect, I might size up. I have worn them twice and have had issues with the stitching where the elastic meets the leather rubbing against my ankles causing blisters. So maybe size up and wear with socks? Anyway, still worth it in my opinion! Classic boot, nice leather.

Brenda Boots are a Beauty
I really wanted these boots to work, especially after seeing the same old styles and colors-Rag and Bone Newbury with spin offs in different lines (eg Cole Hahn, Dolce Vita) along with the Acne Piston boot. I am looking for a mid-heel boot which makes me limited. The color and sophistication with the hint of edginess (sm studding along sole) really made this an outstanding boot. The color is like a bronzed olive/moss/brown. It was a very stiff and narrow boot for me. I am a size 7 1/2 med. width who has Freddie Flinstone/Barney Rubble feet. I also have feet problems, so I only buy very comfortable shoes that take little work to break in. I have never worn this brand before so I am not sure how the quality compares and if the leather will turn supple over time ):
