Great Jeans
I am usually a size 26 in seven jeans, probably could have gone to a 25 with this style, but with a belt they are fine. Great classic denim wash and style.

Not the original flip flop jean
I ordered the 7 flip flop jeans when they came out a few summers ago...they had a large, beaded leather tag on the back that I cut off, but they were so comfortable and the perfect length with flats (I am 5'5"). I was looking to replace my flip flop jeans and was happy to see them offered in NY Dark. I really liked the wash, the cut, and the plain pockets. Unfortunately, these jeans are a bit longer (probably a 32" inseam) than my flip flop jeans and I can't wear them with flats,don't want to get them shortened and sent them back. After looking around at different websites, including the 7 website, I think that 7 makes a "short inseam" jean like these and a separate "flip flop" jean, that is even slightly shorter. The flip flop length jeans are a bit more casual in style and do have extensive stitching on the back pockets so I don't care for them. My point is that I think the manufacturer needs to be more precise in labeling the different lengths, this is not a shopbop issue.

Perfect fit!
Finally found the right 7's jeans size, even though the length was still rather long for my 1.6m height. Absolutely love this pair of jeans! The price is right too! Will return again to Shopbop for 7's again in the future since shipping is FREE to Singapore. The shipping cost from 7's own website is too expensive.

Way too long, and fits a bit loose
I am the biggest fan of the classic bootcut. And being 5'3", I was ecstatic when I discovered the flip flop length. However, these are not flip flop length. At all. For some reason, they even fit a bit loose...I ordred a size 27, as all my other 7s are 27s as well, and these came in too big in the waist, and for petite sizing, they came up way too high in the rise. In addition, they were way too long. I would say that these are Lexie length- 31.5" inseam - and not a flip flop inseam. I was disappointed. Can't seem to find the flip flop bootcuts anywhere anymore...and I already have two pairs of the dojos. I had to return them.
(I've also left out that i ordered the 28s at the same time because i've gained 5 lbs and they were soooo big, i am not even going to mention them. Except now.)

Perfect petite jean
I am 5'1 and always have to hem my jeans. These were perfect in length with my normal 3 inch heel. The color is amazing...perfect dark shade. I usually wear a 26 in most jeans and that is the size I ordered. They are spot on with sizing.

Great quality but different fit
I am not sure if 7 for al lMankind have re-sized their jeans recently but these 27 bootcut are definitely a different fit to my other pairs, slighter larger in the waist, looser fit in the thigh and slightly roomier in the rear. The standard 27 has always been a good fit for me, but this pair not so much (I would have returned them, but having paid a non refundable customs charge, there didn't seem much point). One other point, is that they do not shrink even when washed at very high temperatures. I tried this to make them a bit tighter and better fitting but they are still the same - which is probably a good thing for most people.
