Cute but not quite
These are some sexy shoes, but don't quite make it for me. Like the other reviewer, because the platform is so thick and I have thin legs, The shoes overwhelm me. I own a lot of platforms and love them, but something about the super thick platform in front makes the shoe look clunky. I normally wear size 8 to 8.5 and got 39 (based on the reviews I read) but probably should have gotten 38.5. I'm tall 5'9" and these are probably meant for shorter women because I become like 6'2" in these. Try them out but I'm going to return mine.

Absolutely Love
I absolutely love my new pair of Alice +Olivia shoes. I have been looking for a pair of black heels that I could wear with jeans and with dresses. I've found that pair. I was a bit hesistant given the height of the heel. Much to my delight, they are more comfortable than I ever imagined. I wore them for the first time to attend an event for which I was standing for more than an hour. I will admit that my feet hurt once the shoes came off HOWEVER while they were on, I could feel nothing but padding. Additionally, I received so many compliments that I would have endured pain for several more compliments!!!! I wish I could purchase them in every color (however my size(s) is no longer available).

Great Shoe but I'm returning
For those struggling with sizing - I am a true size 9. I wear a 9.5 in the high end designers (Laboutin, Blahnik etc.) and comfortably wear a 40 in Alice and Olivia shoes.
I love this shoe but I have thinner legs and find I look a bit like a little girl in her mother's shoes in this style. A little less platform would be better for me. If you have a little more calf, these are awesome shoes! Recommend.
