Designer

French brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton bring their background in the music industry to their designs. They gained experience in fashion while running the family's business, and in 2002 decided to launch their own line. IRO owes its name to the Japanese word for "color," and the Bitton brothers combine luminous vintage prints with city-chic attitude. Inspired by the trendy, jet-setting crowd, Laurent and Arik have created a sexy, playful, and energetic line of clothing.

Weird Sizing
The sizing on these shorts is really weird. I'm usually a size 25-26 in jeans and so ordered a size 1 for these shorts. They were super tight and I had trouble fastening the hook-and-eye closure around the waist. So I retuned them and purchased a size 2. When the size 2 arrived, they fit BUT the waist was way too big this time. I was really disappointed because I really liked the style and design and wanted them to work badly. I am thinking of wearing a belt with it to make it fit BUT there is another problem with the shorts: the inseam is so short, the shorts would ride up as I walk and expose my butt cheeks. Plus, this would also cause a bunching up of material on the crotch area. Not attractive at all. I'm just not sure if they are worth the trouble to wear. Most probably returning them. Its too bad.
