Large ankle strap
A beautiful minimalist sandal but like the previous reviewer I found the ankle strap much too big. I suppose I could have gotten them shortened by a cobbler, but I don't love them so much that they would be worth the effort (and another $50). I do have large feet (size 10 / 40) and very thin ankles, however I have shoes by Tibi and Alexander Wang with ankle straps and they fit perfectly.

beautiful shoe - bad ankle strap
this shoe was exactly as pictured when I pulled it out the box - a rich brown, well crafted, and the perfect piece for day to night looks.
when i put it on though, the ankle strapped gaped by 3 inches. i'm an average woman through & through and wouldn't have said i have tiny calves - back to shopbop they go, quite the sad day.
