Great yellow colour
I bought these jeans in sz 26 and I think they are a bit firm on me (I am 5'4' and around 118 ponds) and hopefully they will stretch a bit. The colour is fantastic, kind of creamy yellow just like the other review had said. Looks great with cream blouse and some flats.

i have these jeans in almost every color possible..they are tight but in a good way..they dont stretch out in the waist/upper thigh area like most other jeans...the color looks exactly as it does on the site which is a plus since most colors end up looking so different when you get them in the package...a must for summer into fall!

Pretty perfect! These are the usual J Brand jean that fits just like any other of the series. The colour I was initially worried about (I got the yellow), but they're actually really lovely. I saw in a previous review someone made the comparison to the custard found in a custard donut. That's exactly what they are! Just a nice, inoffensive soft yellow. The only comment I'd make is that they feel thinner/lighter in weight than other J Brands - and for this I feel that they're not QUITE as flattering as my other J Brands - esp round my bum. But I still love them, and they're still a 5/5/!

Canard color is soft custard yellow
I love these luxe twill jeans from J Brand! I have to hold myself back from buying every color. They are super soft against my legs, very comfortable, but the stretch holds my legs in shape and make them look amazing. The rise is perfect -- i have a small torso but it is just high enough to prevent a coin slot and hold my tummy without suffocating me when I sit.
The Canard color is not so yellow like in the pic here. It's like the color of custard in a donut. It makes me crave pastry but I love these jeans so much I want to stay size 26. The color is very soft and will last long after this colored denim craze this season is over. I find this color extremely versatile with just enough splash of color. I typically wear 26 in J Brand so this is true to size.

Love the style, but the color....
I LOVE the fit and feel of the J brand 811's, but I am not in love with the St. Tropez color like I am with the coral pair that I bought a few weeks ago. The St. Tropez is just a little too loud for me.

Mid rise J Brand Jeans
I love J Brand, they fit the best! They are great to wash. The new colors are so much fun, I have 3 pairs and can't wait for spring. I would recommend this jeans for most everyone.

Great color and fit
I love these jeans, these are the second color I have ordered. I am between sizes and ordered the bigger size in the aubergine color because normally I find JBrand runs small. But they are twill, not really jean material, and they stretched out (not terribly, problem solved by putting them in the dryer). So this time I ordered the smaller size and they fit very well. I don't know if I would size a full size down, but if you are in between go smaller. The color on these (teal) is also beautiful and just what I was wanting for spring/summer!!!

great yellow
I ordered the canary color and was kind of ready to send it back because it seemed a bit too 'yellow' in the photo. But I wanted to give it a try as the photos are never accurate. And I was right: the photo was NOT accurate. It was almost pastel tone yellow that didn't look tacky at all!! I hate the neon and primary colors everybody's wearing now (well, except blue and soft red). Quite vulgar and almost disturbing. This 'canary' yellow is very subtle and goes with everything. I will roll up the hems and wear them with ballet flats or Soludos espadrilles which I also got on Shopbop.
