About the Designer

In 2001, Californians Pat “PM” Tenore and Conan Hayes, a former pro surfer, founded RVCA clothing on the idea of connecting various subcultures with a common thread. Since then, the company—named after the Greek word for "clothes"—has grown its small audience of SoCal artists, surfers, and skaters into a global fan base hooked on RVCA hats, hoodies, swim trunks, and other casual, West Coast-inspired staples.
