Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Rise
Measure from the middle of the waistband to where the inseams (legs) meet.
Leg Opening
Measure across the leg opening, then double the measurement.
Inseam
Measure down the inner leg from the crotch to the leg opening.
Hip
Measure across the garment at the widest part of the hip and double the measurement.

I love Levi's, but their sizing can be a tricky depending on the denim. These do have some stretch to them so I would recommend sticking with your normal size. I sized up and sadly had to return them.

I adore these jeans. I think if you were tall, they might be a little too short -- I'm 5'7'' and the length is the perfect cropped length, the perfect high waist, it holds you in and feels comfortable and sexy. Don't think you can beat it for the price. I would agree it runs on the smaller side, I'm usually on the small side of 31 and got the 32 and it fits perfectly.

Wow! These are incredible. Not a high rise fan, but somehow these work really, really well. Usually a size 6 or 8, purchased the size 31, could have gone 30. Don't like tight denim especially with high waist, so happy with size 31. As for the back side, some how they make it look great. looks like i have lost ten pounds! wishful thinking.

Perfect for summer outfits
I order size 24 in this pair of jeans as usual. (I wear 24 in Paige, AG, Mother, Madewell) I found it was a bit snug at the beginning, but it became comfortable after one day wear. I would suggest ordering your normal size. Otherwise it could be too loose. Really recommend these jeans, look good with off-the-shoulder tops.

I really wanted to get a pair of high waist stiff denim "mom" jeans but none seemed to work because I have a larger butt and small waist till these! I am so excited! I am normally a 27 in other jeans these were my first Levi's and I got a 28 per the other reviews and they were perfect. I am 5'7" so the length of the ankle was perfect too. They have just the right amount of stretch that I can wear them no problem without a gap in the waist and are completely comfortable in the butt/thigh region. Absolutely love them especially for the price! Completely flattering and trendy quality jeans.

These fit amazing, although I did order up from my normal size based on a pair of Levi's I ordered recently that were way too snug (even though I have Levi's in my normal size that fit perfectly).
