This was a splurge and I am so glad I did ! Excellent quality. I am 110 pounds and 5 feet 1 inches tall and I wear size 26 on J Brand and the fit was perfect however the length was long on me but thats because off my height ...I have recieved countless complements I will definitely will recommend this ! Great investment !

Didn't like the leather
I followed the other reviewers and sized down from my normal JBrand size which was a mistake. I could barely get them done up. I returned these but didn't get a larger pair as the leather was really weird - a bit shiny yet rough to touch. For the price it was not what i wanted. Normally a huge JBrand fan but these didn't hit the mark for me.

I was lucky enough to get these before J brand did some dodgy deal and upped their price for Australians.
When Hudson stopped supplying me with their jeans, so I'd have to pay, like $350 for them in Australia, I started buying J brand.
I got these before J brand did a similar deal and I'm so glad I did. They're just exactly what I wanted. The leather is really thin and soft so you have to wear an undie that doesn't show a line.
The leather is so soft I walk around all day touching my own bottom and legs because they feel so nice (only when no one is looking).
They are like wearing a second skin. I've been wearing them every day recently because it's cold. I got them when Shopbop were having a sale so I only paid, like $500 reduced from $700. I came back a month later and now they're over a thousand for Australians. They can tell from my internet address where I am and they increase the price!!! Outrage.
I'd never pay $1000 for them. But you might.

J Brand Super Skinny Leather Pants
The J Brand super skinny leather pants are stunning! They would have to be the most comfortable leather pants I've ever tried. They fit like a glove and are top quality. Highly recommended!

Poor pocket placement
Not the best leather pants IMO. I specifically wanted pants with rear pockets, but these were placed way too far apart. I purchased 2 colors and both had the pocket issue. Seriously, they are almost on the side seam and this made my rear-end look super wide - not what I had in mind! The waist on these was also too high for my preference and therefore constricting. Probably true or 1/2 size larger than expected depending on your figure: essentially they are on the forgiving side through the rear, and then constricting in the waist, a cut which might be great for some shapes but ultimately failed on me. Apart from issues with the cut, the fabric is also thinner than other pants.

Worth the wait
I have been shopping around a long time for leather pants and these were worth the wait and the research. It really paid off. These have some stretch in the legs and caboose, but not in the waistband -- you should purchase your true size there because they do not give out. The rest of the trouser accommodates the body beautifully, comfortably without sagging. The cotton backing makes these utterly wearable and breathable. They have proven worth the investment. They are so flattering to my curvy proportions and so wearable that, like another reviewer, I look for excuses to wear them. Couldn't be happier.

LOVE these but size way down
I love these and am so glad I splurged...however I would have to urge you to go 1 or 2 sizes down. In regular J-Brands denim, I'm a 28, a reliable 27 in Rag & Bone, but in these leather trousers, I fit the 26 perfectly.

Only thing i didn't like was the low ris
I wanted to love these pants so much. the leather was just perfect and the felt so buttery soft. The thickness of the pants were also just right; however, the rise was considerably lower than what's indicated (8.5 inch). it was more like low rise pants which wasn't what I wanted. Too bad. I returned these and grabbed the 9 inch rise J brand leather skinnys in coal.

LOVE!!
I usually buy a 24 or 25 in J Brand so after reading reviews I sized down. Fit is perfect! These pants are divine. I was concerned they'd stretch but even after a few wears mine are still holding their shape. Totally recommended them. Don't hesitate to buy. I umm'ed and ahh'ed for a good few months and missed the bulk of winter here in Sydney! They are truely comfortable and worth the money.
