This is a beautiful barrett and feels solid. BUT I have only worn it twice and the snapping part of the clip is now faulty, as in it does not snap properly and hence cannot be worn anymore. For $132 this is a huge dissapointment. I am not sure whether I am unlucky to have received a faulty product or the the workmanship is sub standard. That's really $132 down the drain as I have no idea how or where I can get it fixed. Really gutted!!

Just plain love. Really well made. I have really thick curly hair and it did not snap in half immediately like I partially expected it to!! Have worn it many times since and always feel confident it will hold and look great.

It looks very nice and just as pictured, just that it's very solid and therefore I found it heavy because of the way I intended to use it to put up my hair. So for the hairstyle I intended it was uncomfortably heavy but otherwise I would recommend giving it a try!
