My new favorite jeans!
Dont sleep on these jeans! They look weird on the model and more of a skinny jean but they are a true boyfriend jean, they were a bit loose but they still looked great. Im getting another pair in a smaller size for a more fitted look. They are super soft and comfortable, and the price is great too!
size up for a true boyfriend fit or get your normal size for a more fitting look, both worked for me.

The PERFECT Jean
Reminds me of my first pair of Levis, which I wish I had saved. I have taken a 28 in other Moussy styles but decided to go up to 29, and the result is the ideal, comfy fit that this style demands. I am five-nine, and the length hits just at my ankle bone. Love, love, love.

Fabulous and Perfect
Moussy never disappoints! These are beautiful jeans and the fit is perfect. They do run a size small -- thank you again, Shopbop, for pointing that out. I normally wear a 27 and took a 28 in these and they fit perfectly.

Holes in the knee
I love the fit of these jeans, but it is important to note that for shorter people, the holes hit right at the knee. I'm 5'5" and now have a hole in each knee. They were more pronounced than the photo when the jeans arrived and through wear have gotten bigger. I wouldn't buy them again for that reason.

size up if want a slouchier look
Love these! I sized up to a 28 in this version/color to get a slouchier look. I consistently wear size 27 (mostly Mother denim in low and high stretch fabrics). I don't like my jeans crazy tight and I have an athletic build (crossfit).
I also ordered the Velma in black but kept the size 27, as they have a bit more stretch and are not at all tight, fit is just right. No gapping at back of waist!

These are probably my most favorite pair of jeans and I have a lot. I went up a size from 30 to 31 and they fit like a glove. The quality is superior and wash and whiskering makes this jean very cool. Not too high and they hug my butt instead of flattening it out. LOVE these and I hate saying it but worth this steep price.

Fit too small
I'm a size 25 across the board for all major denim brands. These I couldn't get into (they didn't even go past my toes). That was a first. Didn't let me appreciate the awesomeness that they are supposed to be. I wont be exchanging for a larger size because the fit is just strangely off.

Great Look and Feel
The whiskering and fading on the hip and fly area of these is just perfect. Plus, they are comfortable right out of the gate. I normally wear 24 or 25 in denim, but ordered a 25 and 26 to try since Moussy can run small in some styles and these are 100% cotton. The 25 are a bit generous and I probably could have fit the 24, but am happy with the feel and look of the 25s. The rise is perfect, sitting just below the navel on me and therefore they don't get uncomfortable after a large meal like my other very high-rise pairs. Best of all, after wearing them all day for the first time my husband said, "I really like those jeans on you". He has never said that about any of my other pairs.

These Velma jeans are beautiful and the fabric is so soft and not too stretchy. I always wear 27 in Mother, DL1941 and CofH denim and this color of Velma (with a bit more stretch than the blue color Velma) fits the same as my Mother Looker skinny jeans. Worth the price! I am 5'4" with athletic build from CrossFit: narrow hips but curvy butt and thighs.

Purchased in a 25 (tend to need to go up a size in Moussy), nice amount of stretch and fading, slightly higher cut than others. My favourite pair in this brand

Your Other Jeans Will Be Neglected
This brand of jeans was recommended by Erin Busbee of Busbee Style and I can promise these jeans are worth every penny, you'll neglect every other pair in your closet after these. No stretch so I typically do go up one size for reference. Levi's I wear a 25 or 26 and usually go with a 25 or 26 in Moussy. I am 5ft 5in and 115lbs on a good day and nonmuscular type build. The Kelley tapered I did a 26 and these Guilford I also like a 26.
