Shopbop has really gone down hill.
This is not a review about the Veja shoe. I'm sure the shoe is fine but I wouldn't know because I don't have it yet. Shopbop (before it became part of the dreaded Amazon.com group) used to ship over night or within a day or two at the most and have great customer service. It's now six days past the promised 3 days or less shipping window and my order still hasn't shipped. But I'm now being told it will be 8 days after ordering before I receive my order. Another great company gone to pot because it was scooped up by greedy, corporate behemoths (and their controlling masters). Such a real shame.

runs big
I really liked the shoes and was excited for them but they ran really big. I usually wear a 5/5.5 and ordered the 5. I'm not even sure if a 4 would fit. I just waned to add the review that my experience is to definitely size down.

DO NOT BUY
I bought this pair of sneakers less than 6 months ago and the bottom of the sole has split from the side making these completely unwearable. Got stuck in some rain for not even 5 minutes and the inside was completely soaked because of the split. Veja as a brand said thats "normal wear and tear" after FIVE MONTHS! Absolutely not worth the money - I've had much cheaper pairs of sneaker last far longer.

Nice quality, runs very small
I wasn't expecting much but these sneakers are well-made with some really nice touches you can only see up close like the shoe lace loops but run small. I'm normally a 7-7.5 US or 37-37.5 in EU sizing and a 38 was surprisingly too small, especially since I've read Veja runs slightly large (not so with these). Size up anywhere from 1-2 sizes from your regular size.

Disappointing
I have had these sneakers for a year now. I don't wear them consistently, and only in warmer weather (I live in Canada, so less than 6 months of that year). I am very disappointed with how these have worn. They are cracking and peeling in the front and falling apart. The other thing I dislike about the shoe is that they are difficult to get your foot in (once it is in the fit is fine). As a result the laces always get under my foot and I have to fish it out. Very annoying. Otherwise, I do enjoy the colour-scheme of the shoe; it goes with a lot. I wore during part of my pregnancy and they were comfortable. Do not know if I will buy Veja again; definitely not the V-10 style.

MEH. Not Great not Bad
Vejas have been extremely hyped up over the last couple of years. I decided to get myself a pair and while i do wear these alot, i dont find they are as comfortable as other shoes. The shoe tongue always bunches down and creates discomfort. It may be that its my foot that is causing this issue, but im a little dissapointed. I would not recommend these specifically. Maybe another style of Vejas might work.

Favorite Sneakers
I love these sneakers. They fit beautifully, breathe well, and have great support. I wear them every day, but not for high-intensity sports/runs, etc only for day-to-day wear, and light activity.

These are comfy and the mint logo is perfect for spring and summer! The contrasting sole is a nice color and easy to clean.

Uncomfortable
The tongue of the shoe was jabbing into my leg. Because of this they were super uncomfortable and I could not keep but besides that they were super cute.

Bad quality
I love this shoes, they are really pretty and confortable. The problem is that when I washed them for the first time (water and soap) after some use, the color peeled off. I wish I could attach a photo. They look really bad.

Ouch!
I am a firm believer in Veja sneakers but stay away from this one. The tongue of this sneaker is stiff and protrudes obscenely far and digs into the top of your foot. It tore up my skin. I tried to fold the tongue under but it didnt stay in place and hurt more. What a weird and disappointing design. Completely unwearable.

Ouch!
Worst Vejas ever. Love the brand. Love the sneakers. This sneaker has a huge, wide, Gene Simmons tongue that is hard and scraped the top of my foot. Ugh. Took it on a trip and couldn't wear them. Couldn't get them off my feet fast enough. Looks great but not worth the pain.
