Perfection!
I had been eyeing this blazer for a few years, and finally took the plunge and ordered it. When it first arrived, I was a bit puzzled by the material. It says 100% wool but it felt so light and almost polyester. I was surprised but as soon as I tried it on it just felt magical. It fits like a glove, it's structured, it's light, it flatters every line. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and wore it almost every single day, I cannot live without it. It's a splurge but I know I'll keep it for years. I'm about 165cm and 55 kg, narrow shoulders and small on top. I think it generally runs true to size but those with a bigger bust should go up a size. It's not the kind of blazer that you should button IMO.

Beautiful Classic Blazer
Love this blazer - so good looking and well cut in person. I'm usually a 0 or 2, but ordered a 4 due to previous reviews and it fits perfectly. Definitely meant be a snug fit and worn open. I have narrow shoulders with small upper arms, am 5' 9'', 120lbs, 32b.

the fitting was fine , the colour as well but the fabrics looked more fancy on the model .it dos't look like an expensive blazer. its a nice piece but it's not worth the price 525 dollars and the shipment costs + tax.

Fit for a Princess
You can wear this beautifully tailored blazer with literally any outfit in the Fall and then again next Spring. It's timeless and well made. Be prepared to received multiple compliments. Just smile and say "Princess Kate has this very same blazer". I paired mine with a high end white cotton blouse and Zimmermann's Zephyr high waited shorts today for a visit to the MOMA in NYC

After reading LOTS of reviews on this Blazer I was really worried about what size to order. I normally wear a 0 or 2 or xs, reviews suggested I should size up to the 4 however I decided to go with the 2. It arrived today and fits like a glove, it does up perfectly on the waist and is just stunning on! I can't wait to wear it.

Perfect fit & Fabulous cutting
I love this blazer because of the flattering cut. The nipped in waist and shoulders made my upper body looked slim. I'm 1.7m, the length of the blazer is just slightly above my hips. The length of the sleeves is exactly at the top of my hand. I'm able to button up with a 26 inch waist and 32 inch bust. I bought this blazer to be worn with only a camisole underneath. With a less fitted work shirt, I think it'd be a less comfortable fit. Therefore, I would suggest that one take a size up if you want to wear this blazer over a top or dress that's not fitted. Buy this blazer in a size that will fit your daily wardrobe.

Too long for me
I agree with other reviewers that the cut of this jacket is beautiful, and the fabric is high quality. It also sized as described (i.e., I am usually a 0 but the size 2 fit like a 0). I returned it because I am 5'2" and the sleeves were too long (tough to hem with the functional buttonholes) and the length of the jacket too long for me. I kept the other one-button Smythe jacket I ordered from this site that was a shorter style and has "bracelet sleeves". It fits perfectly.

One fine blazer for refined taste
I had no idea how desirable this blazer was! I luckily just walked into my local HR after they had just hanged up a new shipment of every size. I tried on a 2 since it looked tiny on the hanger. I'm tiny myself at 5' and 95lbs. The blazer looks amazing on and I even have room for a thin sweater underneath. I love the structured slightly exaggerated shoulders and the nip in at the waist when it's buttoned up (buttons are gorgeous). I decided to buy it when I turned sideways and saw that it gave me a sexy booty! Unfortunately the sleeves are several inches too long which is an easy fix but it means I'll loose the lovely button holes (that's how you can tell if a blazer is finely made). Best part, it was $550 Canadian regular price since it's made in Canada!

I cancelled this purchase before it even arrived, as the Canadian dollar is terrible and I couldn't justify the cost. I hope one day, I can try it on, as I think I will love this blazer on!
