Find a similar style from your wardrobe that fits you just right. To take measurements, lay the garment down on a flat surface without stretching the fabric.
Waist
Measure across the garment at the natural waist and double the measurement.
Rise
Measure from the middle of the waistband to where the inseams (legs) meet.
Leg Opening
Measure across the leg opening, then double the measurement.
Inseam
Measure down the inner leg from the crotch to the leg opening.

These MOTHER pair run very large. Not true to size. Size down. Stretch out. I usually love this brand but these do not hold their stretch

The best jeans!
I love these jeans! The fit is amazing, hugging you in at all the right places while not being so tight that you're uncomfortable. They also are a true black, no fading, so you can get that classic look and easily dress up or down. I also love that they are a regular rise which (hard to find recently), and a full length inseam. Just the most versatile, quality jeans around. Love love love them!

Favorite Jeans UNTIL
I used to be completely devoted to Mother and was willing to splurge because they were such high quality and fit so well. Unfortunately the quality seems to have gone down SIGNIFICANTLY in the past year. I bought two pairs of these, one ripped right when I tried it on, and the second just ripped today after about 2 months of wear. SO SAD.

Too big at the bottom
I have multiple pairs of Mother denim and these would bunch up at the top and didn't tighten around the bottom. They felt more bootcut than skinny jean to me so I had to return them as I prefer skinny at the bottom.

Fit like a glove & don't stretch!
These jeans fit a little higher than a typical mid-rise. I always have issues with black jeans getting baggy around my knees and ankles and these stay snug wear after wear!

Not perfect, but pretty great!
I've been on a search for a new pair of tight, black skinny jeans - I loved the last pair of Looker Skinny jeans by Mother that I recently received in the "Grim Shadows" color, so I gave these a shot. I am pretty petite, at 5'1", so I knew they'd be a bit long...but, they are also just slightly looser than my other pair of Looker Skinny jeans, which are the exact same size. Also, the material is a little different from what I expected - less of a stretchy, inky black denim - more of a stiffer, "cotton-y" pants feel? No matter - they're still pretty cute, and I'm hoping they keep their shape over time!

The BEST Black Jeans
I've tried about 5 different brands and these black skinny jeans by Mother are the best. They are not too thin and not too thick. True to size - i wear 25 in Paige, AG, J Brand and the same for Mother. Perfect fit and they look expensive to. Love, love, love!

Struggling with sizing
Happy with the cut & fabric but sizing is an issue. I ordered a 26 first which turned out to be too small. Returned them and purchaseed a 27 again. Unfortunately, they are way too big . Had no choice but sending them back. I've been a 26 from other brands like J Brand/ Rag & Bone/Paige Denim/ Siwy/ C O H. Wonder why this product by Mother just didn't work for me !
