ABOUT THE BRAND

Kim Seybert started off in fashion designing beautiful dresses and beaded evening gowns, but was always drawn to dinnerware. Wanting to bring the same artisanal workmanship of those hand-beaded gowns to her home, she started designing everything from pillows to placemats for her apartment. Her friends were soon placing orders and her eponymous label was launched in 1998. At a time when everything was meant to be minimalist and white, she broke out from the mold with a collection of boldly-designed plates, napkins, and table runners that used color in innovative and refreshing ways. Ready to redefine and revolutionize what it means to set the table, Kim Seybert’s beautiful collections offer fashion for your home—not just your closet.
