size chart is different from the item
I have US 9.5 regularly and follow the size chart Shopbop provided " EUR 40", but it's incorrect. I got the item and the shoe box labeled with US 9/EUR 40, not what I expect for US 9.5. I wrote to the customer service and they told me that I should follow the website of Veja, not theirs. Shopbop does not take the responsibility of the size chart they post and the return fee. Please assure your size before you order via Shopbop.

Great sneakers
It's a great looking sneakers, a timeless design that can be dressed up or down any way you want.
My only complaint is that leather is a bit stiff, not as supple as I expected so my pinky toes got blisters first couple of times.

Awful!
I can't get over how bad these are. I tried a smaller size and it was way too small, but when I went the next size up my heel was slipping out every step I took. They are incredibly uncomfortable. I have been hearing such great things about Veja sneakers for a while, but these were awful.

Beautiful but a bit uncomfortable
These shoes are even more beautiful than they look in the pictures. They have a clean and sharp design which makes them extremely versatile. You can use them to dress down almost every outfit you can imagine. However, they are certainly not the most comfortable sneakers I ever had. They don't have any cushion inside which makes the stiff leather a little hard in your feet. But they are so beautiful that I don't mind much.

I was worried about buying these because I had heard conflicting reviews about the sizing. I ultimately ordered a size 37 and was worried about them being too tight. I was pleasantly surprised when they fit with just enough wiggle room and didn't pinch at all. For reference, I wear a size 7.5 in Vans and a 7 in Converse. The leather is really high quality, and these are a great minimalist and classic white sneaker to wear with everything. The insole is also really easy to remove and replace with more supportive insoles if you need that. That's a detail that I really appreciate along with this company's excellent commitment to sustainability.
