MY ACCOUNT HELP

When you log in to your account, you can:
Change Your Password 
Under Account Information, click Password. You will be prompted to enter a new password.
Forgot Password 
If you forgot your password, Shopbop will email you a temporary password via a secure, encrypted connection.
Change Your Login Information 
Under Account Information, click Login Information. You will arrive at a screen that will allow you to change your email address, phone number, and/or the name associated with your account.
Please note: If you change your email address, you will need to use the new address to log in to your account.
Add/Remove a Credit Card 

Under Account Information, click Credit Cards. Here, you can add a new card, remove an existing card, or edit an existing card.

To add a credit card to your account, click the Add New Card button, enter the necessary information, and click Save.

To remove a saved credit card from your account, click Delete next to the card you wish to remove. In the next screen you will be prompted to Cancel or Delete. If you wish to delete the card, click Delete.

If you wish to edit an existing card's information, click Edit next to the card you wish to edit.
Add/Remove an Address 

Under Account Information, click Address Book. Here, you can add a new address, remove an existing address, or edit an existing address.

To add an address, click Add New Address, enter the necessary information, and click Save.
To remove a saved address, click Delete next to the address you wish to remove. In the next screen you will be prompted to Cancel or Delete. If you wish to delete the address, click Delete.

If you wish to edit an existing address's information, click Change next to the address you wish to edit.
Change Your Shipping Preference 
Under Account Information, click Shipping Preference. Select your preferred shipping method and click Save.
Check on Your Order(s) 
Under Order History, click on View Past and Pending Orders. Here, you will find a list of orders by date, including the order's status, order number, and order amount. If your order has shipped, the status will have a link to your tracking information.
Please note: Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail cannot be tracked.
View Gift Certificates 
Check on the number, status, and expiration date of gift certificates assigned to your account, as well as their remaining value.
Refer a Friend

Under My Account, you can view your pending invitations and invite more friends to shop.
