Still need to break in
I'm usually a size 7 (normal width) and ordered a size 7 and 6.5 based on reviews saying to size down. Although the 7 was very comfortable the moment I put them on, my heel slipped out when walking so I kept the 6.5. The 6.5 feels a little tight and narrow but I'm hoping it will stretch out and feel more comfortable over time. Other than fit issues, love the high quality of this sneaker!

My all time FAV! Great for weekend getaway or grocery run, go with literally everything from Jeans to skirt. Brought these with me to Tokyo which I walked around 8 hours a day, couldn't ask for a more comfortable pair!! I got these in 3 different colors, just SOOO good! Always take half size down ..

Sized down as recommended but front is too compact and uncomfortable. Getting half size up and hoping it will fit. Size info is confusing and differs across all colors. On the page for Woodsmoke it was recommended to size down while for others the recommendation is TTS.

Definitely big...size down.
Due to reviewers insisting that the product was true to size, I ordered my true size and the shoe is a full size too large. The fit narrows at a certain part of my foot and the shoe hurts so inserts are also not an option. Shopbop charges a very high shipping fee from Switzerland so not sure what to do.

SHOULD SELECT TRUE SIZE
Due to the size info as well as most comments suggested to select a half size down, I followed. But the size is not as the comments said! Half size down is too narrow. Shoes are nice, but the size is not as the page described.

After reading all the comments I decided to go half a size down. When I received the shoes they DID NOT FIT! They were too narrow and too small! I suspect Vince may have resized their shoes since the last reviews so DO NOT SIZE DOWN!!!

Cute sneakers, sizing didn't work
I think the recommendation to size down by half a size is accurate. Size 7.5 was out of stock, so I tried going down a full size (8 to 7) like some reviewers had recommended (especially on reviews for the black color way). I spent some time trying to convince myself they would work, but they were truly a bit on the snug side and I decided to return. Otherwise, love the color (more mushroom/taupe than gray) and style!
