I was so excited to receive this blazer!! I have been eyeing it for months now, and finally decided to make the purchase. Instead of receiving this blazer in the mail, I received.. a leather jacket? The jacket was 3 sizes too big for me and from a brand that I have never heard of. I called customer service to explain what happened, and they told me the blazer is sold out in my size now. How annoying!!!!! Because of a fault from Shopbop, I was unable to receive the blazer. Super bummed.
