27 weeks pregnant Jeans
after trying cheaper options, i finally decided to go back to my "norm" of denim standards at 27 weeks preggo. sick & tired of wearing leggings, tried these in a 24 and 25 as well as jbrand mama skinny leggings in 24 and 25. returned both jbrands (never fit well in jbrands prepreg but gave it a shot), decided to keep the paige 24. my prepreg size is a 24 across the board. 5'3" in height. 25 fit but was a little too roomy for what i was looking for - still have about 1-2 inches in the waist but the waist is still snug. i'm short torso'd and am carrying out front mostly belly with a small addition in my thighs. returned the jbrands just out of pure fit - the paige immediately sat squarely in all the right places vs the jbrand fit usual to how they fit prepreg.. a little too high, a little too wide in the hips. though my hips grew, it grew in proportion to my frame. i assume to be able to wear through the last trimester, weather permitting.

A little alteration rqd...
Like most things with hems, a little nip/tuck might be the key in making something go from good to GREAT! Though the length and skinniness on the jeans were good, they were still a bit too large around the ankles. when folded up as well to get that "leg-lift" look, the ankle circumference again made things look too chunky. Hence, a little 1-inch hem with a little seam tightening magic from my tailor and bam - now they fit the way they should. A slight too "high-rise" since my torso is short, but still a great fitting jean.

So Low Leggings - okay
length is great. wish they had stirrups. the waist/hip/butt area is bigger than what you would expect from xs leggings of higher quality.

Uneven Straps
so these boots are cute - but i think i might've received a de-funked pair. one of the straps are longer than the other - or seems stretched. I wore them before i even noticed as i literally had gotten the package from Shopbop and had to put them on and head out the door before having a chance to inspect. however, aside from my weirdo strap issue - these are super cute. Jeffrey Campbell - always size .5 up

Best Skinny Fit!!
contrary to most of the reviews, if you are truly petite or small framed these will fit like a GLOVE! i am a straight 24 if not 23 (depending on where the rise of the pants hit) and am 5'4". always having problems with skinnies not being tight enough around my ankles and/or not remaining slim through the thigh and hip/butt area. the low rise is PERFECT for us shorter torso'd gals also. great buy! however, if you are petite but a little curvier - i'd size up one - the sequins do not allow for much stretch.

Bell Bottom Mania
These bells run a bit larger than expected in Size 24, however, on my petite frame (i have a short torso and longer legs) the rise was surprisingly comfortable. the bells are big and Bananas uhhmazing. However, for my 5'4" height, about 1/2inch too long. the denim is super soft however beware of denim bleed as the dye is just as it says, "overdyed." it bleeds. great jean from the classic 7FAMK

DL1961 Angel Ankle - Staple/Standard
Dl1961 lives up to its X-fit tech advertising. The Angel Ankle is a mid-light heavy weight denim with good stretch but not too much - hence its "x-fit" technology. DL1961 fits very true to size and for petite girls, the rise on this jean is just about right, not too high and not too low with good bum coverage. The side slits are helpful but looks very cute rolled up once. Great bum-boosting jean and the color is very flattering. Watch out for denim bleed however on white sneakers and/or light colored fabrics (leathers in particular, like your purses ladies!!!) The denim dye is so pure that it will bleed until a few washes, so be very watchful of the first few wears - until you are sure the color is completely set. Denim bleed will NOT come out of expensive-soft leather or any leather for that matter. Great staple-everyday day-to-night jean to have in the closet. Good moderate price as well for good quality and craftsmanship.

Bohemian-Hippie Jeans
These jeans are a bit larger than I had expected and I could've sized 1-size down as R&S tend to run slightly larger in my opinion. However, the style/cut of this particular jean should be worn low, on the hip/pelvic bones, to get the full effect. The stretch is limited and the length is on the longer end since these are worn low. Material is lightweight and the color is perfect for summer fun.

Great Summer Bells
I was so excited for these to come in. Size 24 - true to size, lots of stretch. Very jegging-esque. However, the one thing I was disappointed in was in the "quality'-Though very thin & very comfy/airy, maybe I just received a defective pair, however, the seam had come undone on its own on my first time wearing it! I am writing this off as defective... All in all my rating is avg due to the combination of the craftsmanship & price. As far as fit-very stretchy.true to size. If you are a TRUE 24 - the 24 will fit great, however, if you are on the cusp of 2 sizes, I recommend sizing up to the next size. These will be a great fit for a slender body with not too much junk in the trunk as if there's too much, you MIGHT have an issue with saggy bum. Front seams lengthen and add a bit of pizazz to the GREAT/AHMAZEBALLS huge-ness of the bells. Ladies, if you love Ms. Rachel Zoe, as I do (she is one of my idols) & her bohemian style you'll love this pant.
