Not as cool layered as it appears online
I am returning it because the key is way too long for my taste. I studied the various images on ShopBop.com before purchasing it (this necklace is used on a few of the models, as a layering piece with other necklaces, like the Maison Scotch camera necklace and looked so cool & hip). I concluded it would go nicely with my Maison Scotch Eiffel Tower necklace. I was wrong. Maybe on someone with a thinner neck it would be cool. Finally, I recommend waiting for it to go on sale as the price point is a little too high for what you get. IMHO the Maison Scotch Eiffel Tower necklace is way nicer.

Chain way too big for my tastes!
I am returning the Love is Everything Dog Tag Necklace because the chain is too large for my taste. I am a fan of hip-hop music, but the chain almost reminds me of what those artists tend to wear around their necks, which is not my style. The engraving is beautiful though. Simply put, I do not like it because of the thick silver chain. I wish the chain was half the size. If it were half the size, it might even be a perfect chain for a minimalist chick like me.

Cheap looking, like Clarie's or Ardene
I am returning it since it looks like something one could pick-up at Claire's or Ardene's in a Canadian mall for $5.99 or less. IMHO it looks really really cheap. Because the charms and ribbons make it look so cheap, I think it would be best as a fun piece for a pre-teen at a much lower price point. I would NOT recommend the Charms & Orange Ribbon Necklace at $38.18 or at even half this price. In fact, I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing it for less than 70% off. I bought it because the Eiffel Tower charm is on it. I own the larger Eiffel charm Maison Scotch also available at this time on ShopBop.com, which is GORGEOUS. My advice; Buy that one instead. Hope this helps.

Great Photos & Well Researched
In my humble opinion, overall a 5/5: PRO: The number & quality of images is first-rate. PRO: The book has a personal touch since the author discusses personal fashion influences, from childhood to the present (including images of family, friends, and herself). PRO: The organization, selected images, & descriptions helped me define my style better than ever before. PRO: The author has researched the topic at a PhD level, from old Hollywood starlets (e.g., Jean Harlow) to modern day icons. PRO: Dorothy Dandridge is included in the book. I've often wondered why Dandridge does not receive the same fashion icon status as Audrey Hepburn. She deserves it. About time. CON: I do not share the author's love of fur. The author advocates for fur. This is in direct opposition to my own ideological views. I wish she loved faux-fur instead. CON: Angelina Jolie is included & I don't quite understand why. All other inclusions are right-on IMHO.

No actual elastic in waist
I hope I can save others from making the same mistake I did by posting this review asap. The skirt is GORGEOUS in my humble opinion. The colour is a little darker than the image on my laptop, while the skirt appears shorter in length than the 18 inches advertised. The "chunky knit" is far thinner than I anticipated, which has the potential to make it even prettier than I expected. HOWEVER, before even seeing it had gone on sale (I paid full price 2 days ago), the skirt was ready to ship back (despite the loss of approximately $55 import fees on top of the original price). Why? (1) It has no elastic.I was shocked by this. What's suppose to hold it up?I tried it on & jumped up in the air 3x and it started to slip. For this reason alone, it has to go back.I WANTED TO KEEP IT SO BADLY AS IT IS LOVELY.(2) It will likely be very itchy on bare legs. (3) It arrived with a pull in the wool. Conclusion: Be careful wearing it; it's not durable. If you love it, maybe get an elastic put in.

Larger than expected only 'cause...
I have the "key to peace" too. Larger than expected, in both cases, only because I didn't read the measurements. I was expecting a small house-key size key. Hahaha.... I bought the 'key to peace' and the 'key to love' for my granddaughter. Get it? Hahaha.... A beautiful gift IMHO. All I need now is the 'key to happiness' for my granddaughter.

Eiffel Tower Charm is the BEST part.
Chain is surprisingly sturdy given the type of chain it is. Eiffel Tower & Dandelion Charm are lovely. For example, the size of the Eiffel Tower Charm is quite noticeable. IMHO it is also well made. I wish the chain was different, but I still love the overall look. It came packaged in an intimation match box, with a tiny green pillow inside the box on which the necklace rests. The Eiffel Tower Charm is the BEST part of the necklace. I will definitely purchase more products from Maison Scotch.

Elastic Waist Was Unusually Stretched
I bought the last copy of this skirt in LARGE. Shockingly, even at 43 inches around my belly (measured at the bellybutton this is how large I am around) the skirt was was way WAYYYYYYYYY too big. It fell off if I walked around my living room. Thus, I had to return it. I suspect the flaw had something to do with the fact it was the last copy in LARGE. The pattern is ok and the pockets and pleats were lovely. I wish I didn't have to return it. The elastic sucks, alas.

Thin, Cool, Pretty Spring/Summer Scarf
I have the Fuchsia Multi version. It is a nice change from my usual fuller (i.e., width-wise) and thicker scarves. I suspect this thin scarf will be suitable for the spring and early fall weather; maybe even suitable on some summer days in Canada. The pattern is cute. I am plus size, so the scarf might look a little snug on my neck; but I still think I can pull it off. I do not think I will buy another in a different colour however, which I usually do when I LOVE a scarf of this kind (such as with the LOVE QUOTES scarves).

Large fits 43 inch waist; Love it
Even though I have a belly (43 inches around the bellybutton when measured), my hips and bottom are tiny. Hence, I do not mind the style "adding" pounds to my bottom half. The placement of the pockets causes the skirt to stick out on the sides, and hence it might be a less attractive look to those who do not wish to make their bottom half look bigger than it is. I am an apple shape, so the style makes me more balanced & works for me. One can tell this is well made. It was the sale price that caught my attention; even though it was a risk as one cannot return something one has bought at 70 percent off. The risk paid off. I plan to wear it a little lower on my body, with black ballet flats and black tights, black t-shirt and black jean jacket. But I think long boots would look cool too. The elastic is tight and thus, appears to be of good quality. Nonetheless, it does stretch to fit my 43 inch belly.
