SUPER!!
This is my second pair of Paige Edgemont . Before I bought in tea leaf colour. Many reviews contained recommendations to go size down. But definitely this true to size. In black looks much better than in other colors

Already own these but....
I purchased these in black silk coated earlier in the winter. I got my usual size 25. I just adore them. they have stretched a bit though. I met a Paige rep at a trunk show and she told me she always goes down a size in the coated version. So I ordered these in size 24. Well, they fit the same as the 25. also the color is called black cherry which i assumed would be a burgundy shade but they are really brown. not what I expected.

Wow!!
These jeans are amazing! So incredibly flattering. The only thing that surprised me is that they are rather loose in the lower leg but maybe that's why they are so flattering. I'm really glad I bought these. Bought my usual size.

really cool, but...
This coated jeans are really extremely cool, but I should have taken it one size down, fitting on the waist is okay, but its quite loose one the legs, so it makes crinkles! but still okay. I was ordering my usually jean size (27)

VERY SMALL FITTING BUT GREAT JEANS
Just got these today. My first pair of Paige jeans. I read the reviews and thought I would be fine ordering my usual size 25 but when they arrived and I was struggling to put them on I thought I wasn't going to be able to even get them up past my thighs. I did manage. It was an effort though. I'm 5'6, 58kgs, size 2 in pants(but not if they're a small cut because of slightly muscly thighs), and I take a 25 in most jeans if they have some stretch like all Hudson except white as there is little to no stretch in their white jeans, J Brand I'm a 26. I should have gone a size 26. Having said that I'm keeping them because I have another 3 kilos to lose and I think they'll be perfect then. They are a touch shinier than I thought they'd be and fit like a super skinny in the calves but once on they didn't look too shiny. The zips are incredibly flattering in the hip area. Great rise in the front while still high enough in the back not to show muffin top being that they were tight on me

Love!
I bought these pants to replace an older pair of black coated pants in my wardrobe, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! They have great stretch so don't be afraid to order a size down, however, I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. I honestly think you could go either way (typical size OR size down). These pants are edgy, sexy, and a definite staple for this Fall/Winter season!

Very flattering Pants
These are terrific and have the slightest amount of room left so you dont feel squeezed in. I think sizing down would be possible but they might end up looking too tight and I prefer a looser fit in these kind of pants.

Nice Quality Coated Denim
I usually avoid paying full price for premium denim but I really needed a good pair of leather looking pants with zips. Decided to invest in these, love how they feel unlike some coated denim which can be a bit "sticky" or rough. This one is smooth, relatively soft and comfortable. They look really good on and since I am only 5ft2, I had to get them altered a bit shorter so they hit my ankles as bunched up coated denim is seriously not a good look. My only gripe is that I wish the leg could be a bit tighter as they do stretch out quite easily but sizing down was way too tight for me as well. I believe one should stick to their regular size for these anyway.

Disappointing jeans
These jeans looked amazing on the model, but on me they were a tiny disaster. I'm 5'6 and about 116 lbs - a typical size 25 that still wears size 24 just because I can(haha, where's the logic?). "The more tight the better"-kind of mindset. So, I ordered these in size 24. Around my waist, hips and back side it fitted me perfectly, but it was far from tight around my legs/thighs which resulted in a wrinkly, sort of loose fit.. The fabric itself looked fine, but most definitely better on the photos. I believe I would keep it if the fit was better. They were also more high waisted than I thought, and with this type of coated fabric I didn't find that particularily flattering. Haven't had these problems with any other pair of Paige jeans, and the brand itself is amazing - but these were a slight disappointment to me. If you are considering purchasing these anyways, go rather down than up in size.

LOVE these jeans, sizing tricky
I LOVE these jeans! I was able to get them at a good sale price, but sizing, I found, was very tricky. I originally selected my typical size 25 in these jeans without reading the reviews or comparing my measurements with the model's, something I typically do anyway. With the help of excellent Shopbop customer service, I was able to get the next smallest size replaced in my order - I had to go with a size 28. When the size 28 jeans arrived, I found that they fit snug all throughout my thighs and bottom, but gaped at the waist. I had the jeans taken in at the waist and found it was worth it considering how pretty these jeans are. The bright blue is not so bright that it's offensive, but it's bright and summery and perfect for lighter clothes during summer. Despite the tricky sizing, I would still recommend buying this. Just go with a size two up to three times larger than your typical true size. I have yet to see what happens once these get some wear, but overall I'm satisfied!

SIZE DOWN!
Shopbop needs to know its products a little better. When I asked customer service for advice on which size to get in these, I was advised a 27. My normal denim size in Paige and most other brands is a 26. I ordered both 26 and 27 just to be safe. Even the 26 was pretty huge on me though - falling off as I walked around, and I am 20 weeks into my second pregnancy so definitely have a significant bump and need maternity clothing. But in these I need at least a 25 and possibly even a 24. Am contemplating whether to go through the hassle of ordering yet again after returning the last 2 pairs. Bottom line: SIZE DOWN at least one size from your normal denim size. Otherwise these jeans seemed good - just hard to tell until I get the sizing right.

Perfect Maternity Jean
I have been looking for a good par of maternity jeans and love these. I have found as with any maternity jean you need to size down from your normal size. I am normally a 28 and ordered both a 26 and 27. The 26 fit but already felt snug, as I am only 5 months I decided on the 27s which looked great, but had a little room to grow. I was looking for a little longer skinny jean and these uncuffed were longer than some of the others I tried. the fabric is soft and I feel these are worth the investment.
