These babies are MINE!!
Oh wow, I really love these jeans. Yes - they are baggy, but exactly where I want them to be baggy for them to look great. They are also skinny enough at the top and super soft. And they are a perfect washed faded color with some cool detail in the front pocket area. I usually live in skinny dark or white jeans so these will be a great change-up. I am not tall and model-thin; I'm 5'5" and wear a size 6 and these jeans are very flattering. I ordered these in both a 28 and 29 and kept the 28 (could probably go with a 27 but like them baggy.) And my husband loves the way they look on me. If I end up wearing them as much as I imagine, it looks like I might need to start saving for another pair!

A Matter of Finding Your Size
OK. I read all the reviews pertaining to size. Some said too big; some said just right, etc. etc. What matters is to find the correct size for your body type. These jeans don't come up to the waist, so it's your hips and butt that matter. I am pear shaped: I have a biggish bottom in relation to my waist and upper body. I am normally between a size 8 and 10. I never know what size to order. Size 8 (29) fit loosely in the legs, but practically prevented me from breathing. So I am ordering size 10 (30) to give myself some extra room. Hope this helps. The jeans themselves are absolutely fabulous, with a great hand. The material falls very nicely. Love them.

Funky
I went two full sizes down. I have a little waist and big quads. A 24 was perfect and I'm no 24!!! I'm 5"3 120pds. My 13 year old thought they were weird, but with wedges they are funky and comfy!!

Not sure
I had a pair af Tsubi jeans like this more than 10 years, ago they were amazing, I thought these would be the same comfortable, flattering stye, unfortunately not, they are ok. Hard to pair with a top to make the cut flattering. I am a 27 it was a perfect fit, the length needs heels

Jeans of my dreams!
OMG! How happy am I? What a super brilliant pair of jeans, so comfortable, I will never, ever want to take them off again. A true mid rise, supersoft denim. A little long on me (I am 170cm tall and if wearing them barefoot, I would need to have exactly 10cm chopped off, if that helps?). I take a 28 in Current Elliott Boyfriend jeans, a 29 in Jbrand cigarette jeans, and a 29 in these Citizens of Humanity. They feel like they will stretch a bit, but not so much that I would need to go down a whole size. I think this style would be very flattering on most women as they are fitted in the mid-waist and hip and then come out to very loose leg jeans. As the material is so soft, they drape just beautifully and can be dressed up or down as required. Great purchase.

love
I wear skinnies all the time but love the difference of this loose fit. It fits low and slim over the hips so still looks slimming but love the casualness of the baggy leg. Buy them for a different look.

don't buy if you're under 5'3"!
so i bought these jeans to be my boyfriend style jeans but they were more my "these are the jeans i wore when i was 50000 lbs jeans". just not flattering. i was also drowning in the bootcut. even once they are hemmed they will still look ridiculous. I'm sure they would work GREAT on someone taller but at 5'3".. they just didn't work. sent em back :(

Love these Jeans
I went down a size in these jeans based on previous reviews. These jeans are so comfortable and a great alternative to my skinny jeans. I would recommend these to tall women. I am 5'8 with very long legs and I need to wear a three inch platform. The rise runs short so don't go too small or they will be uncomfortable in the rise defeating the purpose of the relaxed fit of the jean. I wear them all the time!

Nice but too loose in the lower leg
Although these are a really cute jean and fit well on top, the bottom is just too big for me. I'm sure they are comfortable but I don't think I could get used to them in the long run. So, I will be returning them.

Have reservations about this style
I am still not convinced that this style is flattering with my body shape. I am 5ft 5 inches so although not tall I have long legs and an athletic frame. I have been living in skinny, high waisted flares and J Brand's Bette jeans and these have been really flattering on so this style was definitely very different. I would suggest that unless you have a long and lean or a voluptuous frame that you are prepared for a different look which might lead some to return this purchase. Having said that, I would recommend trying it as there are so many occasions where these jeans come in handy. They are so soft and comfortable so it feels good on and great for travel. It does run big though so I would recommend going down a size. Also if you need to get them taken up, it looks better with some slack in the leg so allows for this. I am still wearing mine and have plenty of use for them. I just don't think they are the most flattering jeans I own.

Couldn't decide so I kept them
Okay, so the concept is a great one, and after all of the skinny jeans, these are a great alternative. I was on the fence about keeping them, especially since the price was a bit on the high end but decided to. The color is fabulous and the fabric is ultra soft and comfortable. I think it will take some getting used to, since all I have been wearing lately are skinny jeans. I wear size 28 in most jeans and these fit correctly..

Billowy and comfy
I had been looking for some jeans that looked lived in, and that would be good for dressing up or down. These are perfect, though it's astonishing how expensive they are given the laid-back look I was trying to achieve. Nevertheless, I've worn them almost every day since I got them. They drape nicely and the fabric is soft and attractively faded ... just like a pair of jeans that you have had for years. Men will probably not like these jeans. They have a slightly sloppy look, and they are meant to be very loose. You could smarten them up with a crisp shirt and a sharp belt and heels. I initially ordered a 30, based on other reviews. They were a good fit, but rode up a little too much for my liking in the seat. I got a 31 instead and those fit just right, though they have stretched a bit, as jeans will. They are also long. I'm 5'9" and they skim the ground, but I'm OK with that, since that adds to the drape. All in all, so happy I may save my pennies and spring for another pair.
