Description

A loose-fitting Helmut Lang jacket in textured felt embodies the line's signature blend of minimalism and edge. The button closure extends to the oversized collar, which cozily drapes over the shoulders. Pockets hide along the angled seams, which echo the pointed, uneven hem. The long leather sleeves have ribbed inserts. Lined.

Fabric: Textured wool felt.
Shell: 49% wool/49% linen/2% cotton.
Trim: 100% lambskin.
Lining: 100% cotton.
Leather clean.
Imported.
Bottom layer sold separately.

Beautiful jacket
Beautiful jacket. At least three different ways to wear the neckline which is great. Unfortunately I have to swap sizes as I sized up as one of the reviewers suggested and it is just too big. Definitely true to size unless you plan on wearing A LOT of bulky sweaters underneath. I can see this jacket being in my wardrobe for a very long time!

odd fit
I bought a Helmut Lang trench last year that I wear to death so I was really excited to find this one as a short alternative, however, it is a bit disappointing. I found hte sizing was great but the armholes were so tight, there would be no way to wear a sweater underneath (I ordered a P, 5'3 115 lb) Also, the buttons were flimsily sewn on. I imagine them coming off rather soon, not the quality I would expect for the price, so am sending it back.

What can I say.... this jacket is amazing and is a fantastic investment piece! Purchased in black SIZE P @ 5'7 128lbs 34D chest. fit is mint and every detail about this jacket is just as anticipated.... perfection. The leather is soft and adds a beautiful texture difference with the contrasting fabric. The collar and the way its drapes is also one of my favorite parts. It is a great length on my frame and does not feel too heavy, yet will be more than warm enough for Vancouver Winters. Casual chic.... just my style. Couldn't be happier, and will not have to worry about another winter jacket purchase for years to come!
