Very fast shipping (arrived in Canada in just one day). However, I was very disappointed to see that the straps were not adjustable like the description says it is. Yes, they have the extra two holes so you COULD move the straps up and down, but they are actually sewn right into the bag so there's no way for me to adjust the straps unless I were to cut open those stitches, which I'm not wanting to do to a $100+ bag. I'll keep it as it's final sale and I do love the clean and simple lines, but it's left a disappointing impression on me.

Overall a nice bag.
I like the Mod-style faux pockets.
Cons:
The MARC BY MARC JACOBS wording in the little square is not very clear on my bag; a little blurred.
To some people it may seem more like a beach bag than a tote.
A lower price point would be more reasonable.
The image of the model hanging it low, by her legs, makes it seem taller and wider than it actually is.
