Helping her grandmother knit sweaters in Yugoslavia is one of Gorjana Reidel's earliest memories. After being discovered by Ford Models at the age of 15, it wasn't long before Gorjana's days were spent on runways and sets. In 2004 the designer launched her eponymous jewelry collection, which counts the likes of Cindy Crawford and Sienna Miller as fans. Known for simple exquisiteness with an artful twist, the line offers elegant earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, as well as classically chic accessories.

Not shiny
I love the look of this necklace and actually ordered both the silver and the gold with high hopes. Two things aren't very obvious from the online pictures: the silver isn't shiny and also the ring has a slight hammered-look to it. Because of both of these, the necklace looks pretty cheap in person. I would imagine it would only get darker and more dull looking with wear. Returned them for a different manufacturer's...

As another reviewer noted, the clasp is just a little tricky. Otherwise, I love this necklace -- it's the perfect length and weight, and really goes with just about anything.

Love this necklace so much! Simple and clean, not too flashy at all. I wear it very often and never tire of it. However the clasp is a bit tricky to work but other then that the silver is gorgeous and adds a little charm to any outfit!

can't take it off
I debated buying this necklace because I have so much jewelry that I never wear. I prefer simple jewelry and like to keep it to a minimum. This necklace is perfect - I have worn it every day since I bought it. It is delicate and beautiful and goes with everything. I highly recommend
