too low cut

I ordered this dress in a small..it is darling with a soft velvet material that is light weight but not sheer..however the top is very low cut...showing that much cleavage does not seem to jibe with the girlish style of the dress (I am a size small, 34C). Would probably look great on a smaller busted woman..
